Here are our standard Terms & Conditions:
If you have accidentally ordered the product and request a refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to process a cancellation and refund for you. If this is required, please reply back to your order confirmation email immediately.
If your order was delivered to the wrong address because the incorrect address was entered at checkout, a re-delivery fee may apply for the order to be re-sent to the correct address.
If you have simply changed your mind or do not like the product, unfortunately we don’t offer a refund in this circumstance.
If the item you received is damaged or faulty, please let us know and send us a photo of the product along with your order details to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will look into it straight away and work with you to find a suitable resolution, including either a replacement product or refund.
